: Help Desk Phone Support

The ComputerLand help desk provides a single point
of contact and unlimited resources available to ensure rapid closure
of client technology problems, and guaranteed 15 minute response times.
All service call history, open issues, and scheduled service information
is available through a secure on-line web interface. Desktop and system
support can become a large burden on a company's resources. Remaining
current with technology advancements and honing troubleshooting skills
takes time and perseverance. Our specialized staff has a broad knowledge
base complemented with three tiers of escalation. The help desk is
available 8am - 6pm, Monday through Friday, with 24/7 emergency support.
